Policies & Terms


When you send a message via the contact form, I collect your name, email, and message. Even though the name field isn’t technically required, I like to collect it so I can refer to you properly when I reply.

It’s protected by reCAPTCHA, a third-party service to provide spam protection with its own privacy policy.

The delivery date and time are sent along with the message as meta data. Because there can be discrepancies with delivery times, I want to make sure you and I are on the same page.

Lastly, the IP address from where the form is sent is also included as meta data. This is for my security purposes, to protect me and my website from spam and otherwise unwanted messages. I have the right to block your IP address for any reason.

Several pieces of information are required to process your order, like your full name, address, and payment information. These are only collected to process the order, and aren’t stored permanently on the site.

You have the right to request whatever information you might have on the site to be deleted.

Design Work Terms

Commissioned works won’t be available to the public in the shop: the commissioner will be sent the link to the commissioned product and the password for that page, thereafter the product will be taken off the site. If the commissioner loses their file after they purchase it, they can request another copy for free given they use the same contact method they ordered and can confirm an order detail, like their order number, email, phone, or billing address.

Commissioned works will be downloadable in .png image file format. The commissioner has the right to request the original .clip Clip Studio Paint image file format. 

Commissioned works are intended to be used only by the commissioner for Personal Use Only, meaning they can use the works freely for non-commercial use, including editing the commission. 

If the commissioner wants to sell their commission as merchandise for their brand, etc, they are required to consult with me first. If I give the commissioner permission to sell my work, they will be required to credit me properly and we will establish terms. Expect the terms to include a 50/50 split of the profits, but terms can differ by case.


All orders are fulfilled by Printful, a reliable, high quality, print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

They fulfill the orders in 3-7 days and then ship them. Delivery times differ by location, but usually take the below number of business days.

  • US: 5-8
  • International: 10-20

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to contact me.

Unfortunately I’m not able to help with exchanges or returns, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know right away by contacting me!

Refunds are only available to customers who receive the wrong item or it’s damaged. If those apply to your order, please contact me with your order number, photos of the wrong/damaged items, and any other details you might have about your order and I’ll do my best to resolve the problem for you!
